Backpacking Experience
What’s amazing about backpacking is that, at least for me, nothing seems to actually HAPPEN, and, at the same time, you get to see more realities than you ever do. The universe just sort of leads you trough series of events and paths that can be amazing, nice, terribly fun, and, above all, that truly teach you about life itself.
You bump into incredibly generous people – people that have so much to give but so little for themselves (specially in southamerica) –, you take the wildest adventures and get full of stories that you’ll be remembering all your life, you’ll eternize great moments and landscapes in pictures that actually will never get the whole idea: because the whole idea of travelling wildly and free is understanding that each and every place has a unique magic, that can only be found there, and that is even more amazing and rewarding because of the trip you took, and the way you got to know it.
I believe that each time I travelled I became a better person, I’ve learned that the people that less have are usually the most generous ones, that you can reach everything you need by pressing the right buttons, that prejudice is the stupidest thing ever, that good and amazing people are everywhere and that a stranger is, pardon the cliché, a friend to be known.
I’ve had an amazing time knowing new places, cultures, people, and I’m glad I help other people to do it as well. I hope everytime someone comes in the hostel that they’ll have a great time with us and that, may be, we can help them to furfill somehow their backpacking experience.
