A little of my Dear Buenos Aires

Imagine a city with no rest; a latinoamerican metropolis presenting by definition particularities you wouldn’t dream of: the movement, the nights, the conmotion, the lights, even the misery, the noise, the rudeness. A city of realities is handed to you, it is a city where anything, and I mean anything, can happen.

I first came to Buenos Aires five years ago. It was not love at first sight, I admit it, but within a few weeks I learned to love this fascinating place, engaging in it´s deepness, getting as crazy as it’s citizens, getting lost at it’s streets, falling in love with it’s strangers.

The thing about falling in love with a city makes you wanna’ know her like the palm of your hand (and I mean know her because Buenos Aires is for good reasons, in most argentinean music an literature, a woman, or even all the women at once: glamorous, rotten, cheap, expensive, fascinating, destroying, magical and also so full of terrible impulses). And with the years I’ve got to know Buenos Aires pretty well, which doesn’t make me at all an expert, but definetely a fanatic: “María de los Buenos Aires” has a place for every moment, for each feeling, and, specially, for each and everyone.

I’ll get to continue some other time about the things you can do here… gotta get some bookings right now of people that’s coming to enjoy Argentina, but maybe you got some idea of my city and dare to visit us over here, at southamerica…

Peace.

Sofi
